Terms of sale
The short version. The full terms are attached to every quote.
Quotes
Every quote states the product, packaging, quantity, price per kg, incoterm and delivery lead time. A quote is valid 30 days.
Minimum order
100 kg per reference. Free delivery from 840 kg within the European Union.
Payment
Invoices are in euros. Terms are agreed in the quote; a first order is paid before shipment.
Delivery
Goods ship from stock in Europe, typically within 3 weeks of order confirmation. Each shipment comes with the organic certificate, the technical data sheet and the batch analyses.
Claims
Check the goods on receipt. Visible damage is noted on the carrier's delivery note; any other claim is sent to sales@ceylansupply.com within 7 days, with the batch number and photos.
