About this ingredient
Young jackfruit is the unripe form of the world's largest tree fruit, native to South and Southeast Asia. At this stage it has a neutral flavour and a naturally fibrous texture that behaves like pulled meat in a recipe. Sterilised in a 5 kg pouch, it is ready to drain, season and process on an industrial line, with no refrigeration in storage. Our product is a pure ingredient: 100% jackfruit, nothing else.
